Meet Our Founder
Stacy Maloney, MBA
Stacy is a retail management and business transformation veteran. She spent five years in Grand Teton National Park as a Buying Manager, creating engaging gift assortments and overseeing the operations of a dozen shops across the Park.
In 2005, Stacy started a 16-year career with Gap, Inc., where she led Inventory Management and Buying teams for online and brick and mortar across the globe. There she designed and developed solutions to enable better inventory decision-making.

In her last five years, she created the Center of Excellence for Change Management at Gap, Inc. In that role, she directed her team of Change professionals and led the Change Management component for global technology implementations.
She is passionate about empowering and elevating others in their financial acumen and in their ability to lead through changes surrounding businesses today.

As a visionary leader in business transformation, Stacy strives to enable executives to lead their teams through transformational change.
Co-creating targeted scalable strategies in partnership with clients to support unique business needs, she cultivates a collaborative growth mindset within these environments.

Through her diverse career, she has lead teams and created unique employee experiences that span six generations, from Gen Z to the Greatest Generation.
